After working two out of three nights I woke at 9:30 with a nice wsw breeze blowing so after Mag got home the the kids we are looking after from a crabbing trip I headed to The Manor and parked in the Landguard car park.With the wind cross off I went for big freeride kit and set about trying for an hour.I was never maxed out but was going along ok sailing out to the shipping lane before gybing, I got to about 55mins before the wind dropped off taking some off the hour :( I spent most of the session beating toward the dock with the aim to do a broad mile but the wind let me down and dropped away as Mark Smalling arrived so I packed up and joined Mag with the kids before setting off to work at 6:30!!!
